CANCELLATION POLICY
We get life happens! To protect our staff and clients we will require a 24hr notice for any cancellations. If the time frame is not met, we will charge a 50% fee of the total service. If you No-Call, No-Show, there will also be a 50% fee that will need to be paid before booking another service. We have other clients that sometimes end up on a waitlist, especially for weekend appointments as they do book up fast. So we ask that each client is respectful of our time. Honey Hair Culture Redo & Adjustment Policy: Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you feel that your hair needs an adjustment, we kindly ask that you reach out within 7 days of your original service so we can ensure you love your look. Redos must be scheduled within this timeframe and will be provided as a refinement of the original service. Our goal is to make sure you leave feeling confident and radiant!
